WOW! What a find! This is the only one of these I have seen. This prop came from a Walt Disney Warehouse Liquidation Sale in L.A. This was used on the TV show "Home Improvement". This Quart of Binford 10W-40 Oil is a yellow plastic bottle with a custom made label. The bottle does not have oil in it but has weighted with a rope to make it feel right.
